At North London Motorcycle Training we don’t only teach you how to ride safely we will also give you advise on what bike or clothing would suit you.

Valid Driving Licence

Able to read a number plate no less than 57ft away (bring glasses if needed )

A sturdy jacket , strong trousers + appropriate footwear

Your own legal motorcycle helmet & motorcycle gloves

Good understanding of the Highway Code

MUST be able to understand basic instruction given to them in English

You MUST have balance and be able to ride a bicycle.
All payments for CBT’s, ITM’s and CLUTCH CONVERSIONS must be taken in full at the time of booking
If for whatever reason you wish to cancel, we require a minimum of 5 Working Days notice – A £20 admin fee will apply. Less than 5 days notice full payment will be forfeited CBT, ITM & Clutch Conversion cancellation on the day / late arrival or incorrect attire / no helmet and or gloves will result in 100% loss of monies paid

All cancellations or amendments must be done over the phone during normal working hours. emails or voicemails will not be accepted

For all Course DAS/A1/A2, pre-test training, mod 1&2 re-tests and back to biking courses you MUST bring with you your driving licence, ORIGINAL CBT Certificate, Theory Test Certificate and Mod 1 certificate (if already passed ) PHOTOCOPIES WIL NOT BE ACCEPTED You must bring your own legal motorcycle helmet & motorcycle gloves Able to read a number plate no less than 57ft away ( bring glasses if needed)

On all DAS Courses Full Licence DAS/A1/A2 A minimum Deposit of £400 will be taken at time of booking All other courses payments MUST be taken in full at time of booking Balance payments must be made 28 days (4 weeks ) before the start date of the course If no verbal contact can be made a reminder email will be generated inviting you to contact us to make payment If payment is not received within 21 days (3 weeks) deposits will be lost as per t&c’s and the course will be cancelled

Bookings made within 28 days must be paid in full at time of booking and will automatically be subject to our t&c’s

More than 21 Working Days notice is required to cancel .Loss of full deposit will apply
More than 21 working days is required to postpone a Course £50 admin fee will apply
Admin Fee – £50.00 for every amendment on a Course made with more than 21 working days notice.
Less than 21 working days a cancellation or postponement will result in 100% LOSS of monies paid
Less than 21 working days no amendments can be made

Alcohol and or drugs will impair your ability so please do not take either (except for medical purposes) 24 hours before or during your course. If you are suspected of being under the influence of either alcohol or drugs, the course will be immediately cancelled with the loss of any monies paid. If you are in the middle of a multi-day course all monies paid will be forfeited.

You are covered by North London Motorcycle Training Insurance on a third party basis. No insurance is provided for personal accident injury.

CBT or Full licence courses, Unless otherwise advised by reception or your instructor your start times will be on your booking confirmation email. Any person arriving after this time will forfeit the training day and or the mod1/2 test. Any monies paid will be lost. we will not wait for you !! Especially on Test dates

The cost of the CBT is per day. If you fail to complete the off-road section of the CBT training to the required standard , within the time allocated, your CBT will be ended at that point. You should discuss with your instructor which course to book next. If you fail to meet the required level of safety out on the public road, your CBT will be paused and you will be invited to return for an extension road ride at an additional cost to you. This is to give you time to address the issues that will be outlined to you by your instructor. This road ride extension must be taken within 21 days of the original CBT day or you start the CBT from the beginning.
